BPS SUPPLY CHAIN SECRETARIAT: Home

The BPS Supply Chain Secretariat is a division of the Ontario Ministry of Finance. The office supports the adoption of leading supply chain and back office practices among the province’s broader public sector.

The BPS Supply Chain Secretariat oversees implementation of the BPS Procurement Directive, which sets out procurement rules in the purchase of goods and services with public funds under the Broader Public Sector Accountability Act, 2010.

It manages the OntarioBuys program, which provides funding and advice to a wide range of projects that help broader public sector organizations modernize their supply chains and other back office processes.
