GAINS Benefit Rate Tables

The GAINS Rate Tables provide a ready reference of OAS/GIS/GAINS payments at specified levels of private income, depending on a seniors status e.g. single or couple. The Tables are updated quarterly and posted to the internet the first week of January, April, July and October.

Benefit Period

Guaranteed Income Level

• Single pensioners: $1,369.51 monthly ($16,434.12 annually)
• Qualified couples, per person: $1,120.03 monthly ($13,440.36 annually)
