Businesses have the flexibility of using ONT-TAXS online themselves or providing access to employees or representatives to use ONT-TAXS online on their behalf.
This secure online feature allows businesses to control which Ontario business accounts their employees or representatives can access and what they can do using ONT-TAXS online.
Access levels are assigned in ONT-TAXS online by the ONT-TAXS online Administrator and include: view account information, update account information, file returns, make payments or any combination of these levels.
Representatives (e.g. accountants or bookkeepers) can also provide their employees with the same access levels that their clients assigned to them in ONT-TAXS online.
