Add a Web Request
Web requests are created for every transaction you do in ONT-TAXS online.
You can view the status of your requests by selecting 'My Requests'. They will appear either as pending, withdrawn, processing or completed.
Note: Only administrators can see the client level requests. When the administrator delegates his/her authority to a representative or an employee, the administrator doesn't see the request. The employee or representative will only have access to the requests made for the statute that they have been granted access.
