Public Accounts
2007-2008
The Public Accounts of Ontario is a major accountability document which presents the financial statements of the Province, provides financial highlights of the past fiscal year, and reports on performance against the goals set out in the Ontario Budget.
The Public Accounts for the fiscal year include: the Annual Report of the Government of Ontario, the Consolidated Financial Statements of the Government of Ontario, the Report of the Auditor General on the Consolidated Financial Statements, and supplementary volumes containing detailed ministry schedules, the financial statements of significant government organizations, and details of ministry vendor payments.

Investing in Ontario Act
All municipalities in Ontario will benefit from infrastructure funding under the Investing In Ontario Act. The allocation is shared among all municipalities, primarily on a per capita basis based on their 2006 census population.
