TORONTO — An “animated” Finance Minister Dwight Duncan will “illustrate” the McGuinty government's progress in building Ontario's economic advantage.

The Minister will do so with the help of the creative team from the Nelvana animation studio, prior to the 2006 Provincial Budget.
