MINISTER DUNCAN TO DELIVER KEYNOTE SPEECH
ST. CATHARINES — Finance Minister Dwight Duncan will deliver a keynote address at the St. Catharines-Thorold Chamber of Commerce Annual General Meeting. The Minister will discuss how the McGuinty government is strengthening the economy by creating opportunities for better jobs and stronger communities through the initiatives in its 2008 Budget.
Following his presentation, the Minister will be available to the media.
