MAIN HEADING: Auto Insurance Dispute Resolution System Review

The Dispute Resolution System Review is a key element of the government’s Cost and Rate Reduction Strategy.

Transforming the dispute resolution system (DRS) will make it more efficient and effective, and will reduce uncertainty and costs in the system.  The resulting reduction in costs and uncertainty will lead to long-term stability in claims costs, which will help to lower rates for Ontario’s drivers.
